Not the music group (though they are great, too). I mean the little yellow Japanese citrus fruit that has a unique flavor. Tonight I made yuzu sauce linguini with shrimp, scallops, avocado and broccoli. I made up the recipe myself. And it turned out sooooo delicious.
Of course I paired it with a nice craft beer. Kampai! Happy New Year 2023!
